Try doing 10 of each exercises, first wthout any weights, then add more reps or Weights to the routine

1. Core Back Muscles : Flying Superman
2. Core Abdominals: Leg and Arm Extension with Weights
3. Core Oblique Abdominals : Russion Twist
4. Core Glute Muscles : Pelvic Lift with Leg Extension
5. Core Abdominals : Plank
