TRIAL Hikes occur randomly throughout the year contact us to get involved
HIKEFit is all about getting you Fit in Nature . We walk fast on the flat and at your own pace up hills. Our regular HIKEFit sessions are two + hour exercise program, which is far more enjoyable than hitting the treadmill in the gym.
As a qualified fitness trainer and with the wilderness first aid certification, my aim is to help you get fit , be happy and healthy in nature.
If you want to see if you are fit enough to join me on one of my HIKEFit programs, then come for a complimentary beginners hike . These are generally held in Willoughby, it should only take one hour max and you can pickup a coffee at the local cafe afterwards. Following this I can give you an assessment of how you will go on our Hikes in Sydney's National Parks
For our regular hikes, it is essential you wear appropriate walking gear with stable shoes, sunhat, sunblock, and bring plenty of water and a snack. I encourage members to have breakfast beforehand so you body has enough fuel to handle the hike. All Hikes are posted on Meetup and as facebook events
