Hi Guys, whilst I was in Nepal, my clients needed some home workouts. So I created a 15mins home workout for Leg, Abs and uppoer Body. Here is the Leg Workout

Do each excercise say 20 times, then have a water and repeat. Dont forget to warm up and stretch at the end – ENJOY

Squats — 20 x
Step Downs / Ups — 20 each leg
Walking Lunges — 20 each leg
Calf Raises — 20 x
RB Lateral Walk —– 20 steps each way
Pelvic Lift & Leg Extension — 30 sec hold each section
